The State of Kansas, Pooled Money Investment Board has requested that a Security Agreement for Certificates Of Deposit be executed between the Pooled Money Investment Board and (bank, city). Said Security Agreement clarifies the secured position the State of Kansas holds in collateral pledged by this bank to secure deposits of the state agency, in excess of the insured limits of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Said Security Agreement has been written by legal counsel of the State of Kansas and is being requested from all depositories holding State of Kansas deposits.
