T/C DOMINA Shopping Iekšējās Kārtības Noteikumi Internal Rules of S/C DOMINA Shopping Tirdzniecības centra DOMINA Shopping iekšējās kārtības noteikumus (turpmāk tekstā “IKN”) ir izdevis tirdzniecības centra Iznomātājs/ Apsaimniekošanas sabiedrība (turpmāk tekstā “Iznomātājs”) un tie satur normas, kas regulē attiecības starp Iznomātāju un Nomnieku, kam piešķirtas tiesības veikt uzņēmējdarbību Tirdzniecības centra DOMINA Shopping telpās (turpmāk tekstā ”T/C DOMINA Shopping”). Apsaimniekošanas sabiedrība turpmāk tekstā arī „Administrācija”. The given Internal Rules of the Shopping Centre “DOMINA Shopping” (hereinafter referred to as “IR”) have been issued by the Lessor/Management company of the shopping centre (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”) and contain standards, which regulate the relationship between the Lessor and the Lessee, that is entitled to conduct business activities at the Shopping Centre “DOMINA Shopping” (hereinafter referred to as “S/C DOMINA Shopping”). The Manage
