USER LICENSE AGREEMENT: This agreement is made and entered into on this date between the City of Marathon d/b/a City of Marathon Marina, Boot Key Harbor City Marina, 800 35th Street Ocean, Marathon, Florida 33050 (the “City” or “Marina”) and the person whose name and address is shown as Owner’s name (the “Licensee”) on the Marina User Information Form. Licensee agrees to provide written notice of any change in any of the information furnished by the Licensee within ten days of such change.
