This Neighborhood Transformation Partnership Agreement is by and between the following Partners: Contra Costa County, Mt. Diablo Unified School District, and the California Emerging Technology Fund. The purpose of this Partnership Agreement is to set forth the good faith commitments of the Partners individually and collectively to work together to improve the lives of the residents in the neighborhoods surrounding Oak Grove Middle School in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District. This Agreement shall be effective from the date of authorized signature by all Parties, unless the Agreement is terminated earlier by any party as set forth in this Agreement.
