Each student who resides on campus must agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. By submitting this contract, a student or prospective student constitutes acceptance, acknowledgement, and the agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this contract and it becomes a binding agreement -a legal contract-between the student and the College, and is considered an acceptance of an offer of housing. This contract is deemed accepted upon receipt of prepayment by the College.
