This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into by the City of Hollister, hereinafter referred to as "City", and the Service Employees International Union, Local 521, CTW-CLC, hereinafter referred to as "Union," having met and conferred in good faith, do hereby joindy prepare and execute the following written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). It is understood that the provisions set forth the full and complete understanding of the parties in accordance with Sections 3500-3510 of the Government Code of the State of California, otherwise known as the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act.
