WHEREAS, Nueces County, Texas (County) has filed an application with the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) on behalf of the Cyndie Park 2 Water Supply Corporation for financial assistance in the amount of $900,000 from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) to finance the planning, design, and construction of certain water system improvements identified as Project No. 62622; and
