In consideration of the mutual promises herein, the undersigned parties intending to be legally bound, hereby acknowledge and agree, That all information provided by AWR Business Brokers Inc. with respect to any corporation, partnership, or legal entity, (hereinafter, Entities), for the purpose of considering such Entities for purchase, will be kept confidential. Nor will any party reveal or otherwise disclose to a third party any confidential information provided, including documents, banking information, names, addresses, email addresses, telephone or telex numbers advised to the other as being confidential or privileged, without the formal written consent of AWR Business Brokers Inc.
