AMENDMENT NO. 1 dated as of March 30, 2021 (this “Amendment”) to the Credit Agreement, dated as of December 21, 2021 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), among CCBlue Bidco, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), CCBlue Intermediate, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), the Lenders from time to time party thereto and PNC Bank, National Association, as the administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”). All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have their respective meanings set forth in the Credit Agreement.
