▪ Number of guests (not to exceed without prior written consent from management)120, final number of guests to be given to the Company three weeks prior to the event. Should on the day of the event the number of guests increase, then there will be either a further charge per extra guest calculated at the per person initial pricing or accept that the Company may cancel the event or refuse entry once capacity has been reached.
