This schedule to the Regional Health and Social Care Information Sharing Agreement provides a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) for the above processing and sharing arrangements. It supersedes DPIA0006 and is based on the pre-existing DPIA0001 (http://www.regisa.uk/documents/DPIA0001v3Publish.pdf) and DPIA0002 (http://www.regisa.uk/documents/DPIA0002v4Publish.pdf) (now DPIA2001 and DPIA2002 respectively).
