Effective July 1, 2022 2018 the following wage rates shall apply for the steps indicated to employees on the payroll as of the date this agreement is signed by both parties hereto, subject to the Memorandum of Agreement signed by the parties titled “COLA Implementation”. Such rates reflect an increase of three point six percent (3.6%) over June 30, 2021 2018 rates.
