This Authorization shall begin on and shall remain in effect until the COMPANY receives written notification from the grantor of its termination. The COMPANY requests such notice to be a minimum of 14 days in advance of the termination date to allow reasonable opportunity to act upon it. The above amount will be adjusted annually as needed to conform to the current monthly dues amount established by the Board of Directors.
