This Service Order is executed by any between the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas (“PCCA”) and Maldonado-Burkett, LLP (“Engineer”). PCCA and Engineer agree that all of the Services authorized by this Service Order shall be subject to the terms and conditions of PCCA’s Master Services Agreement No. 18-07 between PCCA and Engineer, as amended (“Agreement”). Upon execution of this Service Order, the Agreement shall be incorporated into and be considered part of this Service Order as if set forth herein in its entirety. Any capitalized terms in this Service Order that are not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between the terms of this Service Order and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Service Order will control.
