CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYMENT BETWEENEmployment Agreement • June 6th, 2023
THIS CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYMENT (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement" or "the Agreement") is made between The Curators of the University of Missouri on behalf of the University of Missouri-Columbia (the "University") and Dawn M. Sullivan ("Coach") as of December 19, 2022 (the "Effective Date") in order to employ the named individual to serve as Head Coach of the University's Intercollegiate Volleyball Team (the "Team"). The University and Coach will be hereinafter referred to collectively in this Agreement as the "Parties" to this Agreement. The Parties agree to be bound by what is stated in this Agreement.
