The attached VxWorks target license agreement allows you to ship a run time license with your end product as long as it includes a ZFx86 processor. There is no charge associated with this license as long as ZF receives a quarterly report of the number of units shipped. This quarterly report can be accomplished as detailed in Exhibit A.
