The parties to the agreement for the use of the platform and the freight services provided on the platform are CLS (‘CLS’) and the customer (‘Customer’), being a company within the meaning of section 14 (1) BGB. A company is any natural person or corporate entity, who or which acts in pursuance of his commercial or independent professional activity, when entering the contract. CLS and Customer are also jointly called ‘the parties’.
