This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) for extending the term and other terms and conditions changes of the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Time Warner Telecom of Utah LLC (“CLEC”). CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the (“Parties”).
