Entire Agreement: This Vendor Contract, including all attachments referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the City and the Contractor. The City’s Request for Bid, all addenda to the Request for Bid, and the Contractor’s response to the Request for Bid are explicitly included in this Vendor Contract. Where there is any conflict among or between any of these documents, the controlling document shall be the first listed in the following sequence: the most recently issued Vendor Contract amendment; the Vendor Contract; the most recently issued addendum to the City’s Request for Bid, the City’s Request for Bid, and the Contractor’s response to the Request for Bid. Term: The term of this Vendor Contract shall commence on the date the City’s Buyer signs the same and shall expire sixty (60) days after the date of the “Last Item Due Date” stated on the Vendor Contract form signature page
