This RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM AGREEMENT With Option to Purchase (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Mr. Joe Example (collectively, “Resident”), and REAL Homeownership Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (“Landlord”), for the residence described below (“Residence”) as of 09/07/2021 (the “Effective Date”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
