(RCIL), located at 401-409 Columbia Street, Utica, New York 13503, hereinafter known as "CONTRACTOR"; and the COUNTY OF ONEIDA, by and through its department of OFFICE FOR THE AGING AND CONTINUING CARE, located at 120 Airline Street, Suite 201, Oriskany, NY 13424, hereinafter known as the "COUNTY".
