In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of August 28, 2019, and any amendments thereto, by Studio Investment Group, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
