THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is entered into effective on the ____ day of ____________, 2018, by and between the COUNTY OF MONTROSE, STATE OF COLORADO, a political subdivision of the state of Colorado, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, a body politic and corporate, with administrative offices located at 317 S. 2nd Street, Montrose, CO 81401, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY” or “LANDLORD” and the WESTERN COLORADO REGIONAL DISPATCH CENTER, a consolidated 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) formed by intergovernmental agreements of its members, located at 434 South 1st Street, Montrose, CO 81401, hereinafter referred to as “WESTCO” or “TENANT”: collectively “PARTIES”.
