This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is to be read with the terms and conditions of any Statement of Work(s) (“SOW”) that is executed by the Parties herewith. These, along with the Services Agreement(s), where applicable, that are executed by the parties herein from time to time whether prior or after the execution of the MSA and SOW, form part of an aggregate series of agreements which, combined together by reference, create one integrated contract (the “Agreement”) between Service Provider (“we,” or “us,” including “our,” and “Service Provider”) and Customer (“you”, including “your,” or “Customer”). Each of Service Provider and Customer may also be referred to as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
