is now or is supposed to be and if it isn' t, then somebody is not quite playing fair and we straighten it out with the amendment. And for that reason I do support the amendment. Since I was involved in the original portion removing some of this stuff and negotiating some of it, I want to uphold that original agreement and that is what it was.
