This Agreement refers to the Combination Agreement (“the Agreement”) entered into by ITC^DeltaCom Communications, Inc. d/b/a ITC^DeltaCom (“ITC^DeltaCom”) and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) on June 14, 2000. This Amendment (“Amendment”) is made by and between ITC^DeltaCom and BellSouth and shall be deemed effective on the date executed by ITC^DeltaCom and BellSouth.
