If any provision of this agreement is declared unconstitutional or invalid or inapplicable to any person or circumstances, or the applicability of the agreement to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this agreement to that person or circumstances and the applicability of the agreement to other persons and circumstances is not affected.
