This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is an agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Instaproofs, Inc. ("we", "us", "our", or "Instaproofs"), and applies to your use of our websites, including but not limited to Instaproofs.com (our “Sites”), and any related products and services that we offer or provide (collectively the "Service"). This Agreement may be modified by us at any time. Any such change will become effective immediately upon the posting of the new agreement to our Sites or when it is otherwise communicated to you, whichever is earlier. Any "Material Change" to this Agreement will be effective fifteen (15) days from the date of posting. A "Material Change" is limited to any change that involves an increase in fees or liability for you. You will be deemed as having accepted (a) any Material Changes if you use our Sites or the Service after the 15-day notice period, and (b) any other changes if you use our Sites or the Service after the posting of the new terms.
