This settlement agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into between Curtis J. Jackson, III (“Jackson”) and Garvey Schubert Barer, R. Bruce Beckner, Hillary H. Hughes, Je Jun Moon, and Paul Trinchero (collectively, the “GSB Defendants”). For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, each of the foregoing are referred to as a “Party,” and Jackson and the GSB Defendants collectively are referred to as the “Parties.”
