The Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System, on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER) is the “on-demand provider” of the WIDA MODEL Online English language proficiency assessment system (“WIDA MODEL Online”). WCER offers WIDA MODEL Online directly to school districts, schools and other educational agencies (“DISTRICT”). These WIDA MODEL Online Terms (“Terms”) describe the parties involved in providing WIDA MODEL Online to DISTRICT and their respective roles and responsibilities for WIDA MODEL Online administration.
