DONOR(S) (“Donor Advisor(s)”), desire to provide or facilitate the provision of financial resources through a donor advised fund (“DAF”) to Gaia Home (Gaia). These funds will support the purposes of the campaign for Gaia (the "Campaign"), namely: to acquire, construct, improve, equip, operate, and endow certain facilities and programs used or to be used by Gaia in the performance of its charitable purposes.
