COMMISSION PRIORITIES:Infrastructure EXPLANATION: (see next page for additional explanation) The Development Agreement with Quay Ventures, LLC (City File No. 16-DA-01) provides under Section 7 that Quay Ventures, LLC is to design, permit, and construct a Roundabout at the intersection of US 41 and Fruitville Rd. Quay Ventures, LLC has obtained approval for the Roundabout Project under FDOT Driveway Connection Permit No. 2017-A-194-055. Quay Ventures has also bid the project according to FDOT and City parameters. The City is required to provide Quay Ventures, LLC reimbursement to construct the Rounda
