THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 7th day of February, 2007, by and between the City of Naples, Florida, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER") and RBC Capital Markets, a Florida corporation, whose business address is 100 2nd Avenue South, Suite 800, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 (hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR").
