THE SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT made and entered into on August 20, 2014, between Manhattan Beach Unified School District, County of Los Angeles, hereinafter referred to as the “District” and Greg Allen, Ph.D., LMFT, dba Freedom4U, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” located at PVE, Ca 90274, is hereby amended effective January 1, 2015, and ratified by the Board on July 15, 2015, as follows:
