THIS STAFFING SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), entered into and effective this October 14____, 2013, (the "Effective Date") is by and between Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), with offices at 10202 West Washington Blvd., Culver City, California 90232 , and Randstad Professionals US, LP, d/b/a Randstad Sourceright, with an address at 150 Presidential Way, 3rd Floor, Woburn, MA 01801. This Agreement is applicable only to the Randstad Sourceright division of Randstad Professionals US, LP, and is not intended to apply to any other division of Randstad Professionals US, LP. (“Contractor”).
