The term of this amendment is contemporaneous with a federal CMP Grant 34305-23819, titled Infection Prevention, Antimicrobial Stewardship, and Rapid Response (IPASRR) initiative, with Maury Regional Hospital (MRH) as the agent for the Maury Regional Health Post-Acute Care Network (PACN) and shall take effect upon April 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), and shall remain effective for three (3) years (i.e. through March 31, 2022). Thereafter, this amendment will need to be renewed for successive one year term(s) unless and until either party request for the termination this amendment.
