EXTENDED DAY CARE CONTRACTExtended Day Care Contract • January 25th, 2022
Extended Day Care is available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the regular school year. Please see the school calendar for exact dates. All monthly payments are payable through FACTS Management Company. Delinquent fees may be charged if payment is not received within ten days of the payment plan contract date. FACTS Management Company annual fees will be charged to the family with the August tuition. All children must be signed in and out of day care by a parent or other authorized person with valid I.D.
