The Joint Committee, established under article 9 of the Cultural Agreement signed on November 9th 1976, between the Government of Italian Republic and the Government of the Indian Republic ("The Parties") has convened and – with the intention of developing cultural, educational and scientific relations, thereby contributing towards the bonds of friendship between the two countries and peoples – has agreed upon the following Exchange Programme of cultural cooperation for the years 2007-2009.
