(“Agreement”) between, on the one hand, Anita Tidwell (“Tidwell”) and Dion Green (“Green”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”), both individually and on behalf of Class Members (defined below), and, on the other hand, Dyson Direct, Inc., on behalf of itself and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, business units, members, shareholders, and their predecessors and successors, insurers, officers, directors, agents, attorneys, employees and assigns (collectively, “Dyson”) (Plaintiffs and Dyson together, the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
