The Marlin Volunteer Fire Department, hereinafter referred to as MVFD, agrees to rent the facility for the sum of $150 per day for the date specified below. The Renter (you, your organization, etc.) agrees to abide by the policies set forth in this agreement. Rental of the hall located at 3172 State Hwy 6, Marlin, TX is for ___________ the ____, 20___. A cleaning deposit of $300 is due before a reservation is held. The rental fee stated above is due prior to receiving keys to the facility. A representative of the MVFD will meet you at the facility to provide you with keys and to answer any questions. Decorations, additional equipment etc may be moved in prior to the rental day at the discretion of the facility management and may not hinder use of the facility by MVFD personnel. The MVFD assumes no liability for you, your guests or any other person attending an event sponsored by you. No person may alter any electrical, plumbing, or structural feature of the facility.
