Clubhouse/Pool Use Rental AgreementMay 18th, 2016
The clubhouse may be reserved by any Amidon Estates POA member in good standing (dues current, no current violations), who is at least 21 years of age and for the purpose of hosting a single event. Reservation dates will be confirmed upon receipt of this signed agreement and after the rental payment clears - no exceptions. Deposits will be returned upon check-out approval. The maximum duration of any one reservation is 4 hours. Failure to comply with any portion of this agreement will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
