THIS AGREEMENT is hereby made, entered into, and effective as of this 1st day of January, 2015, by and between GUILFORD COUNTY, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY,” on behalf of the GUILFORD COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE (hereinafter referred to as “GCSO”) and SUMMERFIELD FARMS DFC, LLC, a limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “SUMMERFIELD FARMS,” and also collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
