Please note, this agreement is not a license to perform until Concord Theatricals receives the signed agreement and payment as specified herein. This agreement must be signed and fees due on signing must be paid, processed, and acknowledged in accordance with the terms of this agreement before you may audition, cast, rehearse, advertise, publicize, or perform. If a signed copy of this agreement along with payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Performance Fee total shown on the accompanying invoice has not been received within 90 days of the date of this agreement, this agreement will expire and shall be cancelled.
