This Agreement is made by and between Judicial Alternatives of Georgia, Inc, a corporation, organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, with its principal place of business at 901 Bellevue Ave, Dublin Georgia hereinafter called “Contractor” and the State Court of Effingham County, Georgia hereinafter called “Court”. This Agreement is governed by Article 6 of Chapter 8 of Title 42 of the Official Code of Georgia, Annotated. The parties enter into the Agreement under the specific authority of 42-8-101.
