The following document was created as a result of the partnership between residents, institutions, businesses and police involved in LISC Safety in two neighborhoods. The partnership represents a desire to work in concert to create safer and healthier communities through short-term activities and long-term planning. The major objective of the partnership is that residents, children and youth, businesses and institutions can live, work, worship and play in an environment that is free from fear and where the community has control.
