This Ethics Olympiad Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and the Ethics Olympiad entity that owns the program that you are accessing including the use of the title “Ethics Olympiad”. If you are agreeing to this on behalf of your school, company, government educational authority, or other entity for which you are acting (for example, as an employee or governmental official), then “you” means your entity and you are binding your entity to this Agreement. The Ethics Olympiad may modify this Agreement from time to time, subject to the terms in Section 12 (Changes to this Agreement) below.
