Where Medical Engineering Innovations, Inc. (“MEI”) incorporates these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) by reference in a purchase order (the “PO”), MEI agrees to purchase, and the Supplier identified on the PO (the “Supplier”) agrees to sell the products and/or services (the “Deliverables”) identified in the PO pursuant to these Terms.
