This Agreement re Dismissal of the Presbyterian Church of Montesano from The Presbytery of Olympia and Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and Mutual Release of Claims (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is entered into by the Presbyterian Church of Montesano (hereinafter, “PC-Montesano”), on the one hand, and The Presbytery of Olympia (hereinafter, “Presbytery”), on the other hand, (collectively referred to hereinafter as “the Parties”).
