This AGREEMENT, made and executed this day of , 2022, by and between the Maple Grove Parks and Recreation Board, an appointed board of the City of Maple Grove authorized by Maple Grove City Code § 22‐31 and Minn. Stat. § 412.501 (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) and MapleBrook Soccer Association, a Minnesota non‐profit corporation under Minn. Stat. Chap. 317A with its registered office located at 13570 Grove Dr #109, Maple Grove, Minnesota 55311 (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) (collectively, the Board and User may be referred to as the “Parties”).
