THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 12th day of December, 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF CASTLE PINES, a Colorado municipal corporation (the “City”), and HAYNIE & COMPANY, a Utah corporation authorized to do business in Colorado with a Colorado business address of 1221 W. Mineral Avenue, Suite 202, Littleton Colorado 80120 (the “Auditor”). The City and the Auditor may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as “Party”.
